Quick answer: Aerospace Technical Publications is a real, structured career. Aircraft cannot be maintained without manuals, and someone has to write, illustrate and validate them. GLOINNT’s Aerospace Technical Publications Training is a 3-month classroom program in Bengaluru, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, for BE/BTech graduates in Aeronautical or Aerospace Engineering and AME (Mechanical or Avionics) candidates. It comes with placement assistance, not a job guarantee. Below are the seven questions parents ask us most, answered honestly.
Your son or daughter finished the degree. You spent years on fees, coaching and hostels. Now every relative asks, “So, which company?”
And then a training program shows up. Another fee. Another promise. It is natural to ask whether this is worth it, or one more expense.
That worry is fair. Here is what we would want to know if we were in your place.

1. Is Tech Pub a real career, or a side job?
It is a real career. Every aircraft comes with maintenance manuals, parts catalogues and wiring diagrams. Engineers and technicians rely on them every day. Someone has to create and update them, following global standards.
Employers include aircraft OEM engineering centres, MRO providers and aerospace engineering service companies. Read which companies hire Tech Pub talent in India and what career outcomes look like.
2. Will my child get a job guaranteed?
No, and you should be careful with anyone who says yes. GLOINNT gives placement assistance in the aerospace domain for successful candidates. Your child still has to clear the interviews. What the training does is build the skills and proof of work that interviewers look for. See what freshers are asked in interviews.
3. How long is it, and where?
3 months. In person, in Bengaluru, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. It is not an online course, because the skill needs hands-on tool practice and quick feedback. We explain why in classroom or online: what actually matters.
4. Is my child eligible?
- BE/BTech graduates in Aeronautical or Aerospace Engineering
- AME candidates in Mechanical or Avionics
- Final-year students in these streams who are close to finishing
Check the eligibility, batch dates and how to apply guide and the documents checklist before you call.

5. What will my child actually learn?
Not just theory. The course covers:
- The standards every aerospace manual follows: ATA 100, iSpec 2200, S1000D and ASD-STE100
- The main manuals: AMM, CMM, AIPC, SRM, WDM, Engine Manual, ITEM and Service Bulletins
- Engineering drawings, 2D and 3D, and BOM
- Authoring with Arbortext Editor and illustration with IsoDraw
- Validating a manual against a real aircraft
- Soft skills and an interview workshop
It ends with a written test, a B2 level English test and an on-aircraft validation. The full detail is in what is inside the curriculum.
6. What about fees?
Fees change by batch, so our admissions team confirms the exact amount on the call. Before you speak to anyone, read what you are actually paying for and the Tech Pub Scholarship. Ask for fees, inclusions and refund terms in writing. You should do that with any institute.
7. What if my child is not eligible?
Diploma and ITI candidates, and other engineering streams such as CSE, ECE or Civil, are not eligible for this program. We would rather tell you now than after you apply. Read the honest answer.
Before you pay any institute, ask these four things
- Will my child use real authoring and illustration tools, and for how long?
- Who gives feedback on the work, and how fast?
- What exactly does placement support mean? Get the wording.
- Can we talk to past students? See what students actually say.

Frequently asked questions
Can parents join the call with admissions?
Yes. Many parents do. Ask your questions directly and note the answers.
Is my child still eligible if they graduated a year or two ago?
If they hold an eligible BE/BTech or AME qualification, they can apply. Fill the form and the admissions team will confirm.
Is this the same as a technical writing course?
No. Aerospace Tech Pub follows controlled aviation standards and works with real aircraft data. It is a specialised track, not general content writing.
What salary can a fresher expect?
See our salary guide for freshers for realistic ranges.
Is the course only for people already in Bengaluru?
The training is in person in Bengaluru. Your child needs to be able to attend Monday to Friday during the program.
