Reading engineering drawings before you can document them
You can’t write an accurate maintenance procedure for a system you can’t read the drawing for. A meaningful part of the curriculum is interpreting 2D and 3D engineering drawings: understanding views, sections, tolerances, and how a drawing maps to the physical part or assembly it represents. This is where the BE/BTech/AME eligibility requirement pays off — the training builds on engineering fundamentals you’ve already covered, rather than teaching drawing interpretation from zero.
The document types you’ll build hands-on
