LMS Admin -Medtech

Work location: Mysore, Chennai

Experience Required: 4 to 6 years

Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Data Science, Information Technology, Quality Management or equivalent

Candidate should be flexible to work in night shift as well based on rotation. 5 days Working from office

  Strong experience with Cornerstone LMS Administration (minimum 3yrs) , including:

  1. Assigning training
  2. Creating and updating curricula
  3. Managing sessions using advanced functionality
  4. Adding and maintaining training history records
  5. Ability to load, test, and troubleshoot issues with eLearning Modules (SCORM, AICC)
  • Strong customer service orientation and ability to support a global user base professionally and efficiently
  • Experience using ServiceNow or similar ticketing/workflow systems (preferred)
  • Familiarity with reporting and analytics tools (e.g., generating LMS reports, dashboard views)
  • Ability to follow standardized global processes and ensure accurate documentation of work
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently while meeting service level expectations
  • Professional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to support 24X7 customer support
  • LMS experience in Life Sciences / Aero industry
