Designer (E3D Modeler)

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced E3D Modeler with strong expertise in Civil and Structural 3D modelling for Oil & Gas projects. The candidate will be responsible for developing 3D models of structural steel, platforms, pipe racks, foundations, and other structural components using AVEVA E3D / PDMS.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop 3D models of structural steel, platforms, pipe racks, ladders, staircases, and access structures.

2. Model foundations, equipment supports, and other structural components.

3. Prepare structural layouts, General Arrangement (GA) drawings, and fabrication drawings.

4. Perform 3D model reviews, clash detection, and clash resolution.

5. Coordinate with piping, mechanical, civil, and other engineering disciplines.

6. Ensure modelling accuracy and compliance with project specifications and engineering standards.

7. Work on both Greenfield and Brownfield Oil & Gas projects.

8. Coordinate with engineering teams to ensure timely completion of project deliverables.

Technical Skills

• Mandatory hands-on experience in AVEVA E3D / PDMS.

• Strong knowledge of Civil & Structural 3D modelling.

• Experience in modelling steel structures, pipe racks, platforms, ladders, and foundations.

• Knowledge of structural engineering drawings and design deliverables.

• Experience in preparing structural layouts, GA drawings, and fabrication drawings.

• Understanding of model reviews, clash detection, and multidisciplinary coordination.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 5–8 years of relevant experience in Civil & Structural 3D modelling.

• Hands-on experience in AVEVA E3D / PDMS.

• Experience working on Oil & Gas engineering projects.

• Exposure to Greenfield and Brownfield projects.
