Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage electronics design and manufacturing projects from concept through production. The role requires strong project execution capability, customer interaction experience, and a solid understanding of design and manufacturing processes.
The candidate will work closely with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain teams to ensure successful project delivery. Experience managing aerospace manufacturing or engineering programs will be a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end design and manufacturing projects including planning, execution, and delivery.
Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources.
Ensure projects are delivered on time and meet quality expectations.
Act as the primary point of contact for customers during project execution.
Conduct project reviews, milestone meetings, and progress updates.
Coordinate with internal teams including Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain.
Support industrialization of new products and manufacturing processes.
Ensure production readiness and process validation.
