Role Name: HR Recruiter (IT & Non IT)

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment for both IT and Non-IT roles, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements for both IT and Non-IT positions.
Post job openings on various platforms and actively source candidates through job sites, social media, and referrals.
Conduct preliminary HR interviews and evaluate candidate fit for both technical and non-technical roles.
Maintain accurate recruitment records and update trackers.
Ensure timely follow-up with candidates and hiring managers.
Achieve monthly hiring targets within defined timelines.
