Job Description:
- Must have experience in client co-ordination
- Understand client requisitions and identify potential candidates from the available sources- Internal Database/ATS, Job boards, Social Media, Headhunting and many more
- Proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter or Recruiter.
- Manage End to End recruitment
- Performing reference and background checks
- Teams or Google Meet interviews to validate candidates IDs.
- Should possess excellent communication skills and negotiation skills.
- Agile and fast decision makers to deliver quality in the dynamic nature of Staffing business
- Target oriented and have a Go- better attitude
- Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements.
- Should be able to work with a team.
- Take responsibility of his/her portfolio of demands.
- Experience in Stake Holder management is added advantage.
- Knowledge on Excel is preferred.
