Location: Bangalore

Experience: 8+ years (BMS, BAS & ELV design engineering with BIM experience)

Education: B.E in Electrical Engineering

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and engineering of BMS/EPMS systems for data centres and high-tech facilities.
Develop control strategies, specifications, and technical drawings.
Evaluate vendor proposals, conduct product testing, and ensure design quality.
Collaborate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to deliver projects on time.
Manage both internal teams and external vendors to achieve project goals.
Review and interpret blueprints, construction drawings, and technical documents.
Work across multiple projects with minimal supervision.

Required Skills & Tools

Design Tools: Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks Manage
BAS Platforms: Tridium, Siemens Desigo (or similar)
General Tools: MS Office Suite
Protocols: BACnet, LON, MODBUS, Ethernet, Web-Services, HTML
Systems Expertise: BMS, BAS, EPMS, BCMS, PLC, HVAC (Chilled Water, DX Refrigerant, Evaporative systems)

Must-Have

Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks Manage
Hands-on experience in BMS & BAS design projects (Europe & USA data centres preferred)
