- Structural Design & Analysis,
- Tool & mould development,
- Knowledge of Material used in sheet metal tool & mold,
- Knowledge of Machining & tool design,
- Understanding of tolerances, cavities, gates etc.
- CFD/ FEA exposure,
- Structural Testing,
- Management of CAD resources,
- Drawings & tolerance analysis,
- 3D software (SolidWorks, Unigraphics Nx preferred)
- Parts development support & tool development
