About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and executing marketing initiatives
- Create and coordinate content for digital platforms
- Support social media activities and audience engagement
- Conduct market, competitor, and customer research
- Assist with lead-generation and brand-awareness activities
- Help plan and execute campaigns and promotional initiatives
- Track basic marketing performance and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with the team on new ideas and projects

Internship Structure
- First 3 Months: Unpaid internship focused on learning, contribution, and performance
- Next 3 Months: Performance-based stipend opportunity
- After 6 Months: High-performing interns may be considered for conversion to a full-time opportunity
- Progression will be based on performance and contribution throughout the internship.
