Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled ELM Plugin & Widget Developer with strong experience in IBM Engineering Lifecycle Management (ELM) tools. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing custom plugins, widgets, and integrations to enhance ELM/RTC capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and customize plugins for IBM ELM / Rational Team Concert (RTC).
Design and develop custom dashboards and widgets.
Work on REST API integrations and third-party tool integrations.
Develop scripts and backend components using Python.
Implement solutions using OSLC standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions.
Perform code reviews, testing, and deployment support.
Technical Requirements
Strong experience in RTC Plugin Development (Mandatory)
Hands-on experience with REST APIs (Mandatory)
Proficiency in Git-based version control systems (Mandatory)
In-depth knowledge of OSLC (Open Services for Lifecycle Collaboration) (Mandatory)
Experience in Python programming for scripting and application development (Preferred)
Understanding of IBM EWM Administration is an added advantage
