Key Responsibilities:
- Skills required: C# SpecFlow, ADS
- Create, run, and manage automated test scripts with C# and SpecFlow for desktop, web, and API applications.
- Work together to convert user stories and business requirements into Gherkin-based test scenarios with developers, product owners, and other stakeholders.
- Create from the ground up scalable and maintainable test automation frameworks.
- Regular, automated testing can be made possible by integrating automated tests into Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
- Test software for functionality, regression, and APIs to guarantee its performance and stability.
- Work with developers to troubleshoot and fix defects, and find, record, and monitor bugs.
- Take part in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives as part of Agile/Scrum rituals.
- Participate in the ongoing enhancement of QA procedures, resources, and industry best practices.
Required skills and experience
- Proven experience as an Automation Engineer with a strong focus on C# and SpecFlow.
- Solid understanding of BDD (Behavior-Driven Development) principles and the Gherkin syntax.
- Hands-on experience with UI automation using Selenium WebDriver or a similar tool.
- Proficiency in API testing using C# and tools like RestSharp
- Experience working with Azure Devops CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with version control systems, specifically Git.
- Familiarity with test frameworks such as NUnit or MSTest.
- Experience working within an Agile software development lifecycle.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Exposure to cloud platforms like Azure or AWS.
