Role: Product Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities
Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers/OEMs
Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and calibrate products (including GSE equipment)
Install, service, and maintain testers and systems at customer locations
Coordinate with engineering and manufacturing teams for issue resolution
Maintain service reports, calibration records, and documentation
Manage spare parts inventory and logistics
Support ongoing service operations and quality activities
Requirements
1–3 years of Aerospace & Defense service/support experience
OR Diploma in Aeronautical / Automobile / Mechanical / Electronics (Freshers considered)Proficiency in MS Office
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Valid Driving License & own two-wheeler
Willing to travel for field assignments
