Product Support Engineer

Role: Product Support Engineer

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 1–3 Years 

Industry: Aerospace & Defense

Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers/OEMs

  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and calibrate products (including GSE equipment)

  • Install, service, and maintain testers and systems at customer locations

  • Coordinate with engineering and manufacturing teams for issue resolution

  • Maintain service reports, calibration records, and documentation

  • Manage spare parts inventory and logistics

  • Support ongoing service operations and quality activities

Requirements
  • 1–3 years of Aerospace & Defense service/support experience
    OR Diploma in Aeronautical / Automobile / Mechanical / Electronics (Freshers considered)

  • Proficiency in MS Office

  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills

  • Valid Driving License & own two-wheeler

  • Willing to travel for field assignments
