Role: Technical Author
Location: Bangalore
Experience: 1 to 3 years experience in Technical Publications domain

Key Responsibilities:
• Create, update, and maintain technical documentation in compliance with industry standards.
• Develop user handbooks, guides, technical manuals, and training content.
• Author, edit, and manage structured technical content using Arbortext Editor.
• Create CBT modules using authoring tools such as Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, or iSpring Suite.
• Coordinate with engineering teams and subject matter experts to gather technical information.
• Ensure documentation accuracy, quality, and compliance with customer requirements.
• Review and revise existing documentation based on engineering changes and customer feedback.
• Adhere to ATA iSpec 2200, STE, and other applicable documentation standards.
• Support document publishing and content management activities using XML-based authoring workflows.
Skills:
• Knowledge of ATA iSpec 2200 or other similar industry-specific standards
• Proficiency in Simplified Technical English (STE)
• Strong technical writing and documentation skills
• Experience with Arbortext Editor and XML-based authoring environments
