Job Description:

5-7 years in Quality Control and Assurance
Experience in Aerospace Industry and FAI handling
Strong in fundamental Engineering knowledge
Thorough knowledge on G&DT and ability to guide down the line.
Strong in Quality Standard requirements like ISO /AS /NADCAP
Strong in PFMEA, APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC, 5S, Kaizen and Poke Yoke and QC tools & approaches
Lead problem solving activities utilizing industry standard methodologies: 8D’s, 5 why’s, DMAIC, Ishikawa fish bone diagrams, FMEA’s.
Adopt latest trends in Metal fabrication practices.
Knowledge on various tooling for desired product features
Strong people management & team player skills
Good ability to form and nurture relationships with stakeholders.
Strong MS Office Skills
Knowledge of SAP

Responsibilities

Develop effective quality control processes and assurance systems as per customer needs and requirements.
Hands on experience in sheet metal, machining components and special process inspection (anodizing, plating, Painting, Powder coating, Welding, brazing etc) of Sheetmetal and machined parts
Strong understanding of GD&T and understanding of Statistical Process Capability.
Participate in cross-functional teams in the development of new products or changes related to current products in meeting customer requirements.
Lead, implement and maintain processes which includes FAI documents, APQP and PPAP etc.
Assists in creation of WI and assuring customer requirement flow down through documentation.
Ensuring documents in line with QMS requirements AS9100.
Knowledge of core tools like APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA.
Participate in technical audits to identify and on-board
