Job Description:-

  • Minimum 2 to 8 year of experience in Vehicles Design Part and Integration on Creo platform.
  • Min 2 years’ experience in Automotive (Tractors) On-Highway or Off-Highway Segment
  • Sheetmetal components manufacturing for Off Highway or On Highway components.
  • 2D drafting of parts without error as per organization Guidelines.
  • Part drawing, assembly drawing and specification release as per organization Standard practice.
  • Exposure in using design tool like DFMEA, DMU, ECO/ECR processing and design calculation.
  • Good understanding of Sheetmetal Design & Calculation, Stack-Up Analysis and General Dimensioning & Tolerances
  • Analysis the issue/Problem and find out the solution by using the best design practice like stack-up Analysis, etc.
  • Visual mockup Enovia, Creo, DMU, TCaE, Vis Mockup.
  • Co-ordinate with inter-departments of New Assembly operation for manufacturing & Validation and resolve issues with Process Team.
  • Follow up with External/internal stakeholders for design reviews.
  • Able to guide and help the people working in the same team.

  • Description : Design, analyze and build structures, machines, devices, systems and mechanical processes. Generate, build and test functional prototypes to validate feasibility. Identify opportunities for technological innovation.
