Job Description:

  • Design, produce, and format MS Excel, Word & PPT documents, following specified deadlines.
  • Microsoft certification
  • Proficiency in various AI tools and expertise to effectively utilize
    them.
  • Create visually appealing and effective tables, charts, diagrams,
    graphs, icons, templates,
    etc., in accordance with project
    requirements using Word and PowerPoint.
  • Develop a thorough knowledge of our brand guidelines to ensure
    all documents adhere strictly to the guidelines.
  • Effectively communicate through emails and MS Teams calls to
    understand project details and expectations.
  • Provide rigorous, consistent quality control for every designed
    document

Skills:

  • Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Certification in AI tools or MS Office would be considered as an
    added advantage
  • VBA skill would be an added advantage
