Role: Freelance -Aptitude Trainer
Location: Bangalore
Experience: 2 to 3 years
Job Responsibilities:
- Deliver training on Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, Verbal Ability, and Analytical Skills.
- Conduct interactive classroom sessions and mock tests.
- Prepare training materials, practice exercises, and assessments.
- Evaluate participant performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Teach effective problem-solving techniques and time management strategies.
- Address participant queries and provide individual guidance.
- Customize training sessions based on participant needs.
- Maintain attendance and submit training reports after each assignment.
Requirements:
- experience as an Aptitude Trainer or in delivering placement/corporate training.
- Strong knowledge of Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, and Verbal Ability.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to conduct engaging offline training sessions.
- Must be available to conduct training in Bangalore.
