Job Description:
As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, you will act as the interface between the client and the system/application, ensuring world-class service delivery. This role requires proficiency in Japanese and expertise in Service Desk Management and Voice Support. You will use your communication skills and deep product knowledge to accurately define client issues and design resolutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide service desk voice support in Japanese, ensuring timely resolution of client issues.
  • Manage service desk operations, maintaining service quality and operational efficiency.
  • Accurately identify, interpret, and resolve client issues based on deep product knowledge.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality service delivery.
  • Maintain precise documentation of service desk operations and client interactions.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Japanese (verbal and written).
  • Experience in Service Desk Management and Voice Support.
  • Knowledge of the ITIL framework.
  • Experience in incident management and resolution processes.
  • Graduate in Computer Science/IT or related fields (BCA, BE/BTech in CSE/IT preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
