Job Description:

As an Application Lead, you will play a crucial role in designing, building, and configuring applications while acting as the primary point of contact. You will lead a team, collaborate with multiple stakeholders, and ensure successful project delivery by solving complex problems and making critical decisions.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the team.
  • Collaborate with team members and ensure performance excellence.
  • Make key decisions and provide solutions to challenges for both immediate and cross-functional teams.
  • Lead the design, development, and configuration of applications.
  • Oversee project delivery and manage team performance.
  • Engage with multiple teams and contribute to critical decision-making processes.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Python (Programming Language).
  • Strong expertise in Amazon Web Services (AWS) and AWS Architecture.
  • Hands-on experience with PySpark.
  • Strong understanding of statistical analysis and machine learning algorithms.
  • Experience in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Practical knowledge of implementing machine learning algorithms.
  • Expertise in data munging techniques like data cleaning, transformation, and normalization to maintain data quality and integrity.
