Role: AMM Author ( Airbus Project Experience)
Location: Bangalore
Experience Required: 2 to 10 years (Aerospace Technical Publications Authoring)
Qualification: B.E / B.Tech in Aeronautical, AME
Notice Period : Immediate to 45 days
Roles and Responsibilities:
Experience in ATA Chapters 21 (Air Conditioning), 23 (Communications – 23X), 25 (Equipment/Furnishings – 25/21 Cabin), 33 (Lights – 33X), and 44 (Cabin Systems – 44X).
Create and update AMM tasks in accordance with ATA iSpec 2200 / S1000D and customer authoring standards.
Interpret engineering drawings, Service Bulletins (SBs), Engineering Orders (EOs), and other technical documents to develop maintenance procedures.
Conduct self-checks and peer reviews to ensure technical accuracy, consistency, and compliance.
Incorporate modifications, design updates, and revision changes into AMM content.
Required Skills and Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of aircraft systems.
- Proficiency in ATA iSpec 2200 and/or S1000D authoring standards.
- Hands-on experience with authoring tool – Arbortext Editor,
- Good knowledge on Airbus Process and Guidelines.
