Role: Aerospace Wiring Harness Engineer

Experience: 3 to 6 Years

Qualification: BE / B- Tech

Location: Bangalore

Notice period: Immediate/30 Days

Required Skills:

• 3 – 5-year experience in aircraft interior electrical wire harness experience.
• Must be experienced with design tools such as Capital Harness (CHS/XC), AutoCAD, or similar 2D electrical design software.
• Catia V5 basic navigation experience

Job Description:

• AutoCAD & Catia-V5, Capitol Harness Logic/XC &/or Mentor graphics required
• Hands on Experience in Electrical harness modeling in CATIA V5 - Electrical harness Routing (EHI) and Electrical Fitting installation
• Analyze and create Electrical designs in 3D models using Schematic drawings
• Passenger Aircraft electrical system design experience.
• Wire Bundle calculation
• knowledge about selection of components, connectors, wire sizes & Conduits
• Design considerations for type of protections required while routing wire harnesses.
• Able to define: Branching, bend radius, colors requirement per industry standards.
• Hands on experience in designing of supporting brackets for the installation of wire harnesses using Sheetmetal/ part module in Catia - V5
• Experienced in applying GD&T and perform Tol. Stack up
• Maintains Aerospace Industry related and applicable documents.
