Experience: 2.5 – 5 Years

Qualification: Diploma in Tool & Die / Mechanical Engineering

Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days Preferred

Job Responsibilities:
  • Prepare Zero Base Costing (ZBC) for Plastic Injection Moulded Components, Assemblies, Tooling, Packaging, Logistics, Testing, and Manufacturing Aids.
  • Handle customer enquiries and coordinate with cross-functional teams including Purchase, Engineering, Quality, Marketing, and Plant Engineering.
  • Review customer requirements, technical specifications, and quotation formats for accurate cost estimation.
  • Prepare and submit customer-specific costing and technical documents.
  • Participate in technical reviews, benchmarking activities, and cost optimization initiatives.
  • Support Engineering Change Management (ECN) and post-SOP cost estimation activities.
  • Prepare and maintain Monthly MIS reports for Sales & Marketing.
