Job Responsibilities
- Troubleshooting and maintenance of IMM, CNC, SPM, PLC, and automation systems
- PLC programming using Siemens S7-1200/1500, TIA Portal, Step 7
- HMI designing using WinCC and Comfort Panels
- Injection moulding machine integration and automation
- Robot programming (Fanuc, EPSON, Yaskawa, ABB)
- SCADA systems monitoring and data acquisition
- Preventive & predictive maintenance
- Electrical panel troubleshooting
- Handling Profinet & Profibus communication networks
- Safety PLCs, interlocks, root cause analysis, downtime reduction
- Project execution and commissioning
Required Skills
- Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
- Time management and adaptability
- Knowledge of safety standards, ISO/IATF regulations
- Proficiency in MS Office and documentation
- Experience in Lean, Six Sigma, and TPM preferred
