Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated R&D Engineer to join our engineering team. The candidate will be responsible for supporting design, development, and improvement of mechanical components and systems. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams and customer locations to ensure design quality and project timelines are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop mechanical components using Autodesk Inventor and AutoCAD
- Perform solid modeling and sheet metal design
- Support product development and engineering documentation
- Work closely with project teams to meet project timelines and quality standards
- Ensure designs comply with ISO GPS standards
- Coordinate with customers and internal teams for project requirements
- Provide technical support during product development and implementation
Requirements
- BE / BTech / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- 1–3 years of experience in mechanical design
- Good understanding of engineering drawings and GD&T
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work at customer locations in Bengaluru
