Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Cabler with hands-on expertise in wiring harness and test bench fabrication. The role requires strong technical knowledge of cable finishing techniques, wiring harness components, and manufacturing processes used in the cable industry. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring high-quality fabrication while adhering to defined production and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities

Perform wiring harness and test bench fabrication using techniques such as crimping, soldering, splicing, potting, sleeving, printing, and connectorization.

Verify that the correct materials are received as per the Bill of Materials (BOM) and revision details.

Fabricate and self-inspect products as per Built to Print (BTP) assembly data using appropriate tools and specifications.

Execute fabrication activities as per the production plan while meeting product quality requirements.

Complete production transactions in real time as per route cards.

Maintain digital evidence of product fabrication steps through photos or videos.

Ensure tools, equipment, and measuring instruments are properly maintained and within calibration validity.

Identify, segregate, and report non-conformances or discrepancies during verification, fabrication, and testing.

Participate in functional and cross-functional discussions related to product and process non-conformances.

Support continuous improvement initiatives and process improvement activities such as Kaizen.
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
