Role: Mechanical Design Engineer

Qualifications: B.E / B. Tech / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
Key Responsibilities
Create detailed 3D models and assemblies using SolidWorks.
Prepare 2D manufacturing drawings using AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
Apply GD&T, tolerance analysis, and prepare BOMs.
Design mechanical components such as machined parts, sheet metal parts, and assemblies.
Coordinate with manufacturing, production, and quality teams for design feasibility.
Maintain proper design documentation and revision control.
Support mechanical assembly, integration, and testing activities.
Assist in design modifications based on manufacturing and quality feedback.
Required Skills
Proficiency in SolidWorks (Part, Assembly, Drawing).
Good working knowledge of AutoCAD (2D drafting).
Understanding of manufacturing processes: Machining, Casting, Forging, Sheet Metal.
Knowledge of GD&T and engineering drawing standards.
Basic understanding of materials and mechanical properties.
Hands-on experience with measurement tools such as Vernier Caliper, Pitch Gauge, and Radius Gauge.
