Overview
Seeking a Senior Consultant with strong expertise in automotive test facility management applications (AVL TFMS or competitors), test bench and test facility management, capable of rapid discovery, IT solution evaluation, competitor analysis, and guiding buy vs build decisions under tight timelines.
Key Responsibilities
Provide domain expertise in test facility management systems (AVL TFMS or competitors) and understand test bench preparation workflows to align IT solutions with operational needs
Conduct fast-paced discovery sessions, capture requirements and constraints, and deliver quick, high-quality assessments and recommendations
Translate business needs into IT application requirements, propose innovative solutions, and drive technology adoption strategies
Perform competitor benchmarking of test facility management applications and emerging technologies; prepare concise gap and opportunity reports
Lead buy vs build evaluations considering cost, scalability, and long-term value; present recommendations to senior leadership
Collaborate with engineering, IT, and procurement teams; act as a trusted advisor for process improvement and digital transformation.
