Key Responsibilities:
Administer Wintel Server platforms and manage server virtualization, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of both physical and virtual Windows servers.
Perform server builds, configurations, root cause analysis, and problem management in alignment with ITIL standards (Incident, Problem, and Change Management).
Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server Operating Systems (2016, 2019, 2022).
Manage core infrastructure services such as Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
Monitor server performance to ensure high availability and reliability.
Handle user account management and access rights within Windows Server environments.
Design and implement complex infrastructure projects aligned with organizational goals.
Apply OS patches and upgrades regularly, including administrative tools and utilities.
Ensure system security through access control, backups, and system configurations.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues promptly.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of systems, configurations, and operational procedures.
Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to support enterprise applications and services.
Participate in disaster recovery planning, testing, and implementation.
Provide backend support to implementation and deployment teams.
Demonstrate strong leadership and teamwork capabilities to drive results.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders and team members.
Bring 6–7 years of experience in managing dynamic and complex Wintel environments.
Manage capacity, performance, and availability monitoring to ensure optimal operations.
Work with virtualization technologies such as Hyper-V and VMware.
Possess working knowledge of SAN and NAS storage systems.
Have hands-on experience with backup solutions and antivirus administration.
