Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Sr Product Owner to define and drive product vision, manage backlogs, and collaborate with stakeholders and development teams in an Agile environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Agile methodologies, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5 years as a Product Owner or similar role in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
• Familiarity with product management software and tools.
• Basic understanding of software development processes.
• Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Define and maintain the product vision and roadmap.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements and user stories.
• Create and prioritize the product backlog to align with business goals.
• Participate in sprint planning and ensure team alignment with goals.
• Write user stories and acceptance criteria for the development team.
• Serve as the primary contact for stakeholders and manage expectations.
• Conduct market research and analyze customer feedback to enhance the product.
