Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Technical Lead Engineer to lead our engineering team and drive excellence in project execution. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in aerospace and defense, with proven expertise in project management, supplier coordination, technical leadership, and production documentation. This role involves direct customer engagement, managing supplier relationships, and providing guidance to ensure compliance, quality, and timely project delivery.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in aerospace and defense, with hands-on expertise in harness cable wiring, test bench routing, and assembly.
  • Certifications: IPC-620 & IPC-610 certified.
  • Proficient in crimping, wire routing, cabinet integration, and rack routing, with a demonstrated understanding of test bench, STTE, and jigs.
  • Languages: Proficiency in Kannada, English, Telugu, and Hindi.
