Job Description:

As a Tech Delivery Subject Matter Expert, you will leverage your deep technical expertise and business acumen to drive innovative practices into delivery engagements. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients, shaping strategies and implementing technology best practices. In this role, you will collaborate with teams, mentor junior professionals, and contribute to critical decisions, ensuring delivery excellence and innovation.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to manage and collaborate with teams.
  • Lead team decisions and provide solutions across multiple teams.
  • Work directly with clients to gather requirements and design technology-driven solutions.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and implement innovative practices.
  • Identify areas for improvement and drive process enhancements.
  • Mentor and evaluate team members, providing constructive feedback.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in SAP Successfactors Integrations Technical.
  • Strong understanding of integration concepts and methodologies.
  • Experience in designing and implementing SAP Successfactors integrations.
  • Knowledge of SAP Successfactors modules and their integration points.
  • Experience with SAP BTP Integration Suite.
  • Familiarity with SAP Cloud Platform Integration and SAP CPI tools.
