Role: SAP HCM Senior Consultant

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 6 years of hands-on experience in SAP HCM, with a strong focus on module configuration and implementation.
- Deep expertise in key SAP HCM modules: Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Time Management (TM), Payroll (PY), and Performance Management (PM).
- Solid understanding of HR business processes, including employee lifecycle management, compensation and benefits, performance and talent management, and workforce analytics.
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors integration and other cloud-based HR tools is a plus.
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into SAP HCM solutions that improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Experience in conducting user training, developing training materials, and providing user support.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills to work with business users, project teams, and leadership.
- Knowledge of SAP HCM integration with other SAP modules, particularly SAP FICO, SAP MM, and SAP SuccessFactors.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex SAP HCM issues and provide solutions in a timely manner.
