Job Description:

As an Application Designer, you will play a pivotal role in defining requirements and designing applications that align with business processes and application requirements. Your role involves collaborating with stakeholders, designing application solutions, and contributing to critical decisions that ensure the successful implementation of applications.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and guide the team effectively.
  • Manage team decisions and collaborate across multiple teams.
  • Provide innovative solutions for challenges faced by the immediate and cross-functional teams.
  • Design and develop applications based on specific business requirements.
  • Engage with stakeholders to gather and analyze technical and business requirements.
  • Prepare technical specifications and design documents.
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.

Requirements:

  • Expertise in SAP BusinessObjects Data Services.
  • Proficiency in designing and developing applications.
  • In-depth understanding of application architecture and design principles.
  • Strong knowledge of database management systems and SQL.
  • Experience in data integration and ETL processes.
  • Familiarity with SAP HANA.
  • Experience in data modeling and data warehousing concepts.
  • Understanding of Agile development methodologies.
