Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Application Developer specializing in Salesforce Service Cloud to design, build, and configure applications tailored to meet business process and application requirements. The ideal candidate will bring a strong technical background in Salesforce Service Cloud and proven experience in application development.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop Salesforce Service Cloud applications to meet business objectives.
• Configure and customize the Salesforce platform to align with business processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements.
• Ensure adherence to development best practices and Salesforce guidelines.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly.
• Provide technical support and documentation for developed applications.
• Maintain application performance and scalability for optimal user experience.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce Service Cloud development.
• Proficiency in Salesforce platform customization, configuration, and integration.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud capabilities and tools.
• Experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Process Builder.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and development lifecycle.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders.
• Educational qualification: 15 years of full-time, regular education.
