Job Description:

As an Application Lead specializing in Salesforce Lightning Aura Components, you will take ownership of designing, building, and configuring applications while serving as the primary point of contact. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project success, providing technical leadership, and driving innovative solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce Lightning Aura Components-based applications.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and development teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including design documents, specifications, and test plans.
  • Stay updated with advancements in Salesforce Lightning Aura Components and related technologies to deliver innovative solutions.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in Salesforce Lightning Aura Components development.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce platform and related technologies.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC).
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce DX and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Solid grasp of software engineering principles, including object-oriented programming and design patterns.
  • Regular 15 years of education, preferably in Computer Science or a related field.
