Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Robotics Engineer with 3 to 8 years of experience in BIW Robotics simulation within the automotive manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with robotic simulation, tool validation, and kinematics, as well as expertise in various manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform robotic simulation for automotive manufacturing processes.
• Engage in manufacturing processes including spot welding, MIG welding, riveting, adhesive & sealing, stud welding, and material handling.
• Identify tools, equipment, and mockups for the aforementioned manufacturing processes.
• Conduct fixture, tool, and gun kinematics analysis.
• Validate tools, distribute weld spots, prepare work cells, finalize weld guns, and create robot paths.
• Gain hands-on experience with Fanuc, Motoman, KUKA, and ABB robots; additional experience with other robotic systems is a plus.
• Optimize layout for improved efficiency.
• Coordinate offshore scheduling and maintain effective communication with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements and inputs.
• Open to travel as required.

Required Skills:

• Proficient in Delmia V5 (must) and 3DX, with a strong command of MS Office.
• Good communication skills and ability to work as a team player.
• Flexible and capable of managing complex tasks.
• Awareness of RCS, OLP, documentation, cycle time analysis, and optimization is an added advantage.
