Job Description:
Experience in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing and evaluating candidates
Knowledge of various recruiting techniques and best practices
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Experience working in the aerospace or engineering industry is a plus
