Job Description:

As an Infrastructure Consulting Practitioner, you will support clients by designing, building, and running an agile, scalable IT infrastructure. This role focuses on standardizing and optimizing infrastructure to deliver operational efficiency, enhance employee performance, and meet dynamic business demands. You will collaborate with clients to understand their infrastructure needs, implement solutions, and ensure seamless operations across the workplace, network, data center, and IT operations.

Responsibilities:

• Build and enhance infrastructure knowledge to support the team.
• Participate in problem-solving discussions and resolution processes.
• Collaborate with clients to understand and analyze their infrastructure requirements.
• Design and implement robust IT infrastructure solutions.
• Ensure the smooth operation of IT systems, including maintenance and upgrades.
• Provide troubleshooting and support for infrastructure issues.
• Stay updated with trends and advancements in IT infrastructure technologies.
• Contribute to improving infrastructure processes and procedures.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Server Administration.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure principles and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.
• Familiarity with networking concepts and protocols.
• Knowledge of storage systems and backup solutions.
