Educational Qualification: Engineering degree from a reputed college and/or full-time MBA degree from Tier1 or Tier2 B-School

Technical Experience:

• Minimum 7 years TL and 10 years AM of demonstrated work experience in Travel Industry in the areas of Business Analysis Design, Domain Consulting, Digital Transformation, Operational Transformation, Product Management and Implementation
• Experience in working with Agile/Scrum teams, defining Use Cases, Product Backlog, Business Case, and requirements management
• Experience in conducting requirement workshops and Demos
• Deep understanding of the Airline/Airport Business Process Models

Professional Attributes:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience of working in cross-functional teams
• Strong inter-personal, lateral thinking and problem-solving skills are a must
• Professional client-interfacing experience is a must
• Ability to lead a team as well as work in a team
