Job Description:
We are seeking skilled Automation Test Engineers specializing in API testing to join our dynamic team. If you have a passion for quality assurance, hands-on experience in API testing, and strong skills in test automation, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and translate requirements into detailed test cases.
  • Develop and execute system integration test cases for integrated systems.
  • Conduct API testing with expertise in authentication, endpoint configurations, response codes, curls, and API sequencing.
  • Work with Postman collections or Swagger for API validation.
  • Automate API testing using tools such as Rest Assured or Karate.
  • Identify and select test cases for automation and design robust automation frameworks.
  • Create, enhance, debug, and execute automated test cases.
  • Share daily status reports with program/project stakeholders.
  • Manage and monitor the defect management process.
  • Implement and execute regression tests while addressing object identity and error-handling challenges.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues, provide updates, and address risks effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of API testing methodologies and automation tools (Rest Assured / Karate).
  • Experience with test management and defect tracking tools.
  • Proficiency in tools like Postman or Swagger.
  • Ability to design and implement automation frameworks.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Experience with debugging and troubleshooting complex systems.
