Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Application Lead – Salesforce Conga CPQ to lead the design, build, and configuration of applications while acting as the primary point of contact. In this role, you will manage CPQ-focused tracks within business application transformations and guide team members in delivering high-quality solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage individual CPQ-focused tracks within business application transformation projects.
  • Act as an expert on best practices, including creating workflows, reports, and dashboards.
  • Gather and analyze business requirements and critical data elements across functional areas.
  • Serve as an expert in CPQ configuration and guide team members on configuration decisions.
  • Deliver recommendations for business process improvements and implement them effectively.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in Salesforce with a strong focus on CPQ tools such as Steelbrick/Salesforce CPQ, Apttus (preferred), or BigMachines.
  • Expertise in CPQ configuration and business process improvements.
  • Experience in managing and mentoring a team of 3-5 junior developers.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to manage client-facing roles.
  • Leadership qualities and team management skills.
