Role: SAP Concur FICO Consultant

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • At least 6 years of hands-on experience in SAP Concur, with a focus on integration with SAP FICO modules.
  • Strong expertise in SAP FICO (Financial Accounting & Controlling), with a deep understanding of financial processes, cost centers, internal orders, and general ledger configuration.
  • Proven experience with SAP Concur implementations, configuration, and integration into SAP systems, especially in expense and travel management.
  • Strong understanding of financial processes and reporting standards (e.g., IFRS, GAAP) and how these are mapped in SAP Concur and SAP FICO.
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC integration with Concur and understanding of cross-module integration.
  • Ability to analyze business requirements and design SAP Concur solutions to streamline travel and expense management processes.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work effectively with business users, project teams, and technical teams.
  • Experience with data migration, testing, troubleshooting, and user training.
  • Knowledge of compliance requirements, internal controls, and industry best practices in travel and expense management.
