Role: SAP MM, Ariba, and Fieldglass Consultant

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • At least 6 years of experience working with SAP MM, SAP Ariba, and SAP Fieldglass, with hands-on experience in system configuration, implementation, and integration.
  • Expertise in SAP MM processes including material management, procurement, inventory management, and supplier relationship management.
  • Experience with SAP Ariba modules such as Sourcing, Procurement, Supplier Management, and Contract Management.
  • Strong understanding of SAP Fieldglass functionality for contingent labor, services procurement, and vendor management.
  • Experience in integrating SAP MM with Ariba and Fieldglass for streamlined procurement and supplier collaboration.
  • Strong understanding of procurement and workforce management processes, including sourcing, contract management, supplier management, and contingent workforce management.
  • Experience in system testing, data migration, and troubleshooting in SAP environments.
  • Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with business stakeholders, IT teams, and project managers.
  • Knowledge of industry best practices in procurement, vendor management, and contingent workforce management.
