Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of JDA Workforce Management solutions, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business requirements, translating them into technical specifications.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to team members, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any issues or concerns.
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure the quality of deliverables, utilizing your expertise in JDA Workforce Management to ensure successful project delivery.
