Job Description:

The Business Analyst will analyze organizational processes and systems, design business models, and ensure seamless integration with technology. They will assess the current state, gather customer requirements, and define future state solutions, focusing on Openlink Endur. The role involves end-to-end configuration, testing, and delivering high-quality solutions aligned with client expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Gather requirements and perform functional, regression, smoke, system, integration, and end-to-end testing.
• Configure product setups in OpenLink Endur effectively.
• Handle business changes and manage client expectations seamlessly.
• Document changes comprehensively and coordinate user testing and training.
• Manage tasks, timelines, and progress reporting efficiently.
• Facilitate communication across multiple teams and contribute as a team player.

Requirements:

• OpenLink Endur Functional expertise.
• Knowledge of Openlink Endur and its latest versions.
• Understanding of Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
• End-to-end delivery management of modules.
• Strong functional knowledge of gas, power, coal, emissions, and renewables trading.
• Expertise in Dotnet, ETRM/CTRM, and software engineering practices.
• Ability to work in small teams or independently for project delivery.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for delivering high-quality client solutions.
• Ability to liaise with cross-functional teams to resolve issues effectively.
• Minimum of 15 years of full-time education.
