Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and skilled IT Service Desk Support professional to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing IT Service Desk operations, ensuring seamless support, and maintaining high service standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide Service Desk Voice Support to end-users for IT-related queries.
  • Manage IT Service Desk operations, troubleshoot issues, and escalate as required.
  • Maintain SLAs and deliver exceptional customer service in a 24×7 environment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical problems efficiently.
  • Document incidents, service requests, and solutions accurately.

Key Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or IT.
  • 6 months to 2 years of experience in IT Service Desk Management.
  • Proven experience in Service Desk Voice Support.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a Work from Office setup with 24×7 rotational shifts.
