  • Mentor development teams and ensure adherence to best practices.
  • Oversee Agile development processes, focusing on code quality, testing, and deployment.
  • Proficient in Oracle SQL, data modeling, and ETL processes, with knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
  • Relevant certifications like AWS Solutions Architect or Oracle Certified Professional preferred.
