Job Description:
We are seeking experienced Senior/Lead Piping Stress Engineers to conduct detailed stress analyses and ensure the integrity of piping systems for industrial projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in piping stress analysis and experience with software like CAESAR II, with a solid understanding of industry standards and codes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform stress analysis using CAESAR II and generate stress isometric drawings and reports.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant codes, including ASME B31.3 and B31.1.
  • Review and approve piping layouts, ensuring flexibility and adequate support.
  • Conduct stress analysis for critical systems, including high-temperature and high-pressure lines.
  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to resolve interface issues.
  • Participate in design reviews, HAZOP studies, and constructability assessments.
  • Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers.
  • Contribute to project proposals, cost estimates, and schedules.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in piping design for EPC projects.
  • Proficiency in stress analysis software, including CAESAR II and AutoPIPE.
  • Strong knowledge of piping codes and standards (ASME, API).
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
