Job Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled Programming Engineer with 5 to 7 years of experience to support various control and automation projects. The candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting, design, and integration of control systems, as well as providing PLC and HMI programming support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide start-up and troubleshooting support for control and automation projects.
  • Understand and optimize existing control systems to reduce losses.
  • Design control studies and User Required Documents (URD) for PLC & HMI programming.
  • Integrate different systems within the plant and provide ongoing support.
  • Analyze historical data to help the team identify causes of losses.
  • Coordinate with multiple disciplines and vendors for new equipment installation.
  • Review vendor and engineering documents to ensure compliance with project requirements.
  • Design technical documents such as feasibility studies, detailed engineering documents, cable schedules, and device lists/tag lists for new equipment/machines.
  • Oversee fabricator/contractor activities and provide site clearance and installation support.

Required Skills:

  • Strong experience in FTView SE/ME application development.
  • Proficiency in RSLogix/Studio 5000 for PLC programming.
  • Experience with machine-level automation and motion – Kinetix programming.
  • Experience working with CPG/FMCG customers.
  • In-depth knowledge of Rockwell/PLC hardware selection and programming.
