Job description:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and networking.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to evaluate candidates’ qualifications.
- Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Collaborate with HR team members to develop job descriptions and recruitment strategies.
- Support onboarding processes for new hiring
- Assist in creating and maintaining recruitment reports.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and HR practices is a plus.
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
